The People

Tawau is a cultural pot for several cultures and the immigrant capital of Malaysia. Immigrants from nearby countries made their homes in Tawau – Buginese, Bajaus (Philippines), Orang Cocos , Timorese, Indonesians, as well as grand parents of the Chinese and Malays.
